Exchange and Returns

Conditions for the exchange and return process:

.1 The exchange process is within 7 days and the return process is within 3 days only

2 . It is prohibited to return makeup products, perfumes, milk products, baby food, and contact lenses unless the product is damaged or expired.

3. In the event that there is damage or an error in preparing the order, the return and exchange process is free if the product is confirmed to be damaged and if the product that was shipped by mistake is as it is without being opened or used.

4. The return fee for any order is only 19 riyals

5. Shipping costs are not refundable unless there is an error in preparation or damage to the order

6. If there is a return for an item in the offer group, all offer items must be returned

 7. Returns or exchanges can be made through the store or by calling 0531443275.

8. The return process takes place within 7 days

9. If the product is damaged or defective with the offers, the customer will be compensated by shipping a new product for free.
